Never bought MW2019 but it's sitting in my library, what should I do

I always wanted to play this game never did, but I remember my sister gave me a Xbox one s and when I turned it one it already had profiles and games on it, and Mw2019 was one of them, it wasn't on my profile but on another, should I try and install it I really wanna play it..... O I remember I think I'm not sure don't remember but bi think I did the glitch were I tried to get the game for free but I only remember doing that on PS4 never really even played the Xbox one s my sister gave me because the controller she gave me was broken..... So what should I do
